Modern-day pirates capture oil tanker
PIRATES have seized control of a massive oil tanker off the coast of Africa.
The tanker - the Sirius Star - is owned by Saudi Aramco and is said to have about 25 crew on board.
It is the latest vessel to be captured by the pirates who are roaming the seas off the African coast. In the past few weeks alone, about half a dozen boats have been taken by the sea-faring renegades.
