Call for answers over baby's death

A father has called for answers after his baby daughter died despite seeing five doctors in as many days.

Nine-month-old Rebecca Hutchison died on Wednesday evening in Perth after reportedly suffering severe breathing difficulties.

Her father said she had been to hospital four times and seen a GP once since falling ill last Friday.
