Funding for the NHS will rise to a record £8.4 billion, Health Secretary Nicola Sturgeon said.
The revenue funds for 2010-11 amount to a 2.7% increase and will help "prioritise" spending on frontline services.
Each board will receive a minimum increase of 2.5% while some boards, including Lanarkshire, Grampian and Lothian, will get more to meet local health needs.
