Motherwell settle for draw against Falkirk

MOTHERWELL were denied a vital win over Falkirk by a superb Dean Holden volley.

The Lanarkshire side dominated throughout, and a first attempt attempt by on-form striker Chris Porter was saved only for team mate Marc Fitzpatrick ot head the rebound effort over the bar.

David Clarkson nodded it in shortly before the half-time whistle, putting the 'Well ahead.

However, Holden equalised in the second half after being set up by a sublime pass by Scott Arfield.
