MOTHERWELL FC this week announced a new five-figure sponsorship deal with LogintoLearn who will continued to sponsor the back of the first-team jerseys throughout the 2009/10 season.
The club's partnership with LogintoLearn will see a number of incentives provided to encourage people to use the LogintoLearn centres in Motherwell and Wishaw library where they can obtain IT qualifications that can help them back into employment or to get a better job.
Motherwell FC General Manager Leeann Dempster said: “We are very pleased to continue this successful partnership with LogintoLearn for another season.”
“Our aim is to place Motherwell Football Club at the very heart of the community and by supporting the LogintoLearn initiatives we are encouraging people to engage in lifelong learning and adopt healthy lifestyles that can have a profound effect on their lives.”
People enrolling on any of the LogintoLearn courses will have the unique opportunity to play at Fir Park with legends such as Stevie Kirk and win shirts worn by the players over the course of the season.
In addition players and coaches will be visiting the centres regularly.
“We are very pleased to be working with the club for another season,” commented Learning Through Technology Manager, Charlie Bennett.
“Use of our LogintoLearn centres has increased significantly as a result of our partnership with Motherwell Football Club and record numbers of people are now achieving recognisable IT qualifications such as the European Computer Driving Licence with us.”
He added: “In addition, use of the online learning materials we provide on our e-learning website at LogintoLearn.com has also grown substantially with more and more people accessing our resources from home or work, or wherever they have an internet connection.”
