Lady golfers were in the prizes at Carlisle

CARLUKE lady golfers recently held an away day to Stony Holme in Carlisle, an event attended by 33 members.
The winner of the TT Trophy was Margaret Weir 70(23), with runner-up Marlene Turner 102(29)
The team prize was won by 'The Ditherers', comprising Janette Lindsay, Annette Young and Christine Black with 62 points
Second place went to ‘The Jammy Dodgers' featuring Jean Smart, Marlene Turner and Ann Young with 64 bih.
Last Tuesday’s SLGA Medal competition was tackled by 22 competitors, with the winner being Isabelle McMenamin 72(28).
Runner-up was Nita Somerville 75(23) and the scratch competition was won by Karen King, 98 bih. Congratulations to all.
